How to use Graymail
What is Graymail?
Graymail is typically a promotional email from a known legitimate source.
1. Find your Graymail
Upon receiving your first graymail, the Graymail label will appear. Click on the graymail label to view the chosen emails
2. Tagging an Email as Graymail
To tag an email as Graymail, open the email, select the labels icon, and click on the Graymail label.
4. Editing your Graymail view preferences.
Hover your mouse over the label and click the 3 dots.
In this menu you can choose if you want to: show the Graymail label, only show if you have unread Graymail, or hide the label from your view.
5. Unlabeling an email as Graymail.
Open the email and click on the label icon.
